1. Introduction
Welcome to Invotec. These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with our AI technology solutions, including the AISP (AI Services Platform) and specialist consulting services. Invotec is headquartered in Mexico City (CDMX) and delivers precision automation tools for English, Spanish, and Portuguese business environments.
2. Services and Deployment
Our tagline 'AI that runs your business while you sleep' reflects our commitment to autonomous efficiency. We follow a modular deployment lifecycle: Discover, Design, and Deploy. Turnkey AI projects are generally targeted for a production-ready state within an 8-week cycle from the formal project kickoff.
3. Proprietary Technology
All AI models, algorithmic frameworks, and technical integrations developed during the deployment phases remain the exclusive intellectual property of Invotec, unless explicitly transferred via a separate Master Services Agreement. Clients are provided with an operational license for the duration of the service engagement.
4. Data Sovereignty and Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure secure data handling within our Mexico-based infrastructure. Client data used for training agents is partitioned and anonymized according to industry-standard AI security protocols and local regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
As AI is a probabilistic technology, Invotec provides solutions 'as is.' While we strive for extreme precision, we do not assume liability for autonomous decisions made by AI systems after production handover. Clients are responsible for the final oversight and audit of automated workflows.
6. Governing Law
These terms and any actions related thereto shall be governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively in the competent courts of Mexico City (CDMX).
